Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unused tool in its original condition, in it’s original packaging for a full refund or store credit. Defective products or warranty claims can also be returned to us as long as they fall within the manufacturers warranty time frame. If your warranty is expired and you need to find local service, we can assist you in finding a reputable repair center.
Please email us for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us.
Never send a package to us or a manufacturer unless we have sent you a return authorization to do so.
