CARRIER: Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. At this point, no rush delivery is available.
FREIGHT: Items which require freight shipping will be subject to actual freight charges. These items will include over-sized and heavy items. Please contact us for freight shipping rates prior to your order.
PROCESSING: 98% of orders will be shipped within 1 business day of the initial order. (Some items may be on backorder)
BACKORDER: In the case that there is an item on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you an estimated shipment date and re-evaluate your order. At this point, you will have the option to cancel your order or proceed.
